Geocaching

All of a sudden a Geocache task showed up. It was named Harald Strand, Utsalady. So what else could I do than track it down?

It appears that my grandfather had a relative that emigrated to the promised land, lived in Stanwood for a while, then moved out to Ustalady where he found work as a fisherman.

After driving around the sub-suburbs of Seattle, I found a little place, on a little island looking like a mix between Nøtterø and Vestlandet. No wonder a Norwegian fisher would settle down here.
